What are the shipping costs?
For Greece, shipping costs are € 3.50 for orders up to € 59.00 and free of charge for orders from € 60.00 and above.
Your order is shipped with ELTA Courier.
For Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Finland, shipping costs are € 10.00 and your order is sent by registered mail.
For the other countries of Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs are € 15.00 and your order is sent to you by post.

What if the the product I received is defective?
